Dream Walker is about a paranormal Pinay blogger named Kat. Kat travels throughout the Philippines investigating supernatural events. However, she developed extraordinary powers after being the only survivor in a bus accident in Pampanga. Kat has the ability to enter people's dreams and steal anything she wants from them. She can use those items until the dreamer wakes up; thus, they vanish. Kat uses her powers to fight monsters from Philippine myths.

Dream Walker is modeled after Filipina actress Kate Valdez. Artist Noel Layon Flores is the Lead Visual Designer of the GMA Network's Voltes V: Legacy. Mikey Sutton is the Editor-in-Chief of U.S.-based Geekosity magazine.
